Service Description

Listr is a paid SMS-based shopping list service. You add items by texting them to our number and retrieve your compiled list by texting SEND. The service costs $2.99 per month for a solo account, or $5.99 per month for a Family plan covering up to 4 people on one account.

Account & Billing

Your phone number serves as your account. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. On a Family plan, the person who signs up and pays is the account holder; family members added to the plan use the service under that account and do not need their own card or subscription. You may cancel at any time by visiting listr.space/cancel or contacting us.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Listr only for personal list management. You may not use the service for spam, illegal activity, or any purpose that violates applicable laws.

Messaging

By submitting your phone number and checking the consent box at signup, you agree to receive SMS messages from Listr at +1-585-986-8455 to manage your shopping list, including a welcome message after subscribing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

Limitation of Liability

Listr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost data, missed items, or service interruptions. Your lists are temporary by design and are cleared when you text SEND.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
